Return and Refund Policy

This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

This policy applies to all purchases made through CRYSTALORI


1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and energetic integrity of our crystal bracelets. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:


Condition: Must be unbroken and in the same condition that you received it.


Packaging: Must be returned in the original packaging, including the pouch/box and any informational cards (e.g., crystal properties card).


Proof of Purchase: Requires a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).


Note on Crystals: Natural stones may have slight variations in color, clarity, and size. These natural inclusions and characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for a full refund unless the item is broken.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:


Custom or Personalized Orders (e.g., custom sizing beyond our standard range, engraved items).


Gift Cards.


Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.


Items showing obvious signs of wear or damage due to customer handling (e.g., broken elastic, scratches, water damage).


4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at customerservice@crystalori.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.


Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to send your package.


Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to an issue (e.g., incorrect sizing due to our error), please contact us at customerservice@crystalori.com

3. Purchases and Product Representation

Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, features, and clarity of our crystal bracelets as accurately as possible. However, as our products are made from natural stones, slight variations in color, size, and inclusion patterns are inherent and are not considered defects. The product you receive may vary slightly from the product image.


Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.


Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).


Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control (e.g., carrier delays, natural disasters).
